1. Add members
On LINE WORKS, members are those added or invited by the person who created the company account.
There are two ways to add members.
• Add members in Admin
The administrator, a person who created the company account, enters member information such as name and then shares ID and password.
• Share invitation link
The administrator shares the invitation link and have members enter a name, ID, password, etc.
2. Start conversation
On LINE WORKS, communication happens in real-time on Message.
Learn the basics of Message: how to send, recall, read receipt, LINE connection, and voice/video calls.
3. Fundamental features
Get to know LINE WORKS features that are not available on LINE.
LINE WORKS is more than just a work chat and provides the following services:
• Organization management
Communicate and collaborate conveniently throughout the organization!

Management and operational barriers may come up as the scope of people using LINE WORKS expands.
